Position Overview

OneSource Staffing Solutions is recruiting an experienced Employee Benefits Account Manager / Client Service Representative for a full-time direct-hire opportunity with an established employee benefits organization.

We are seeking a motivated client-focused professional with experience in health insurance employee benefits insurance brokerage or self-funded employer health plans. This position offers an opportunity to build long-term client relationships work with employer-sponsored health plans and provide valuable guidance on benefits administration renewals claims and plan performance.

Candidates with backgrounds in health insurance sales employee benefits account management insurance brokerage or property and casualty insurance are encouraged to apply. Experience with self-funded health plans is strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management

• Manage and support an assigned portfolio of employer health insurance clients.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for questions regarding benefits coverage claims renewals and plan administration.
• Build strong lasting relationships with clients through exceptional customer service.
• Conduct regular client meetings to review benefits programs service concerns and plan performance.
• Proactively identify opportunities to improve client satisfaction and service delivery.

Health Insurance & Benefits Administration

• Assist employers with the administration and ongoing management of employee health benefits programs.
• Coordinate with insurance carriers third-party administrators (TPAs) pharmacy benefit managers (PBMs) and other service providers.
• Help resolve claims questions coverage concerns and administrative issues.
• Review plan documentation coverage provisions and benefit changes.
• Support clients throughout annual enrollment and renewal periods.

Self-Funded Health Plans & Reporting

• Assist with the administration and servicing of self-funded employer health plans.
• Review claims activity plan expenses large claims and financial reporting.
• Support the renewal process for specific and aggregate stop-loss insurance.
• Coordinate with carriers and administrators regarding stop-loss claims and reimbursements.
• Identify emerging claims trends and potential cost concerns.
• Help employers understand their plan performance and available options.

Renewals & Account Support

• Coordinate annual benefits renewals including gathering information and reviewing proposals.
• Compare coverage options pricing and contractual differences.
• Prepare client presentations reports and renewal recommendations.
• Maintain accurate client records renewal schedules and outstanding service requests.
• Work closely with internal leadership and sales professionals to ensure clients receive timely accurate information.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in health insurance employee benefits insurance account management or a related insurance field.
• Experience with self-funded employer health plans strongly preferred.
• Candidates with health insurance sales or property and casualty insurance backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
• Understanding of employer-sponsored benefits insurance carriers renewals and claims administration.
• Familiarity with stop-loss insurance TPAs or benefits consulting is a plus.
• Strong customer service and relationship management skills.
• Ability to interpret reports review financial information and communicate findings effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office particularly Excel.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple client accounts and deadlines.
• Pennsylvania insurance license preferred or willingness to obtain required licensing.
• Bachelors degree preferred; equivalent professional experience will be considered.
